I spent years mistaking self-protection for peace, shutting doors instead of mending them, cutting ties before anyone could wound me again. I lived as a child abuse survivor, performing  for  approval  while  quietly  wrestling  the  personality  I  built from bricks of anxiety and fear. I spoke at conferences for abuse survivors, hosted groups,  and  shared my testimony.  I  could  talk  about  9  years  of  trauma  without becoming emotional, but I was not healed.

Everything changed when I joined a small group. In those women; Brenda, Concetta, Vidda, and Roxy, God showed me myself. Their honesty reflected my hidden fears, and their faith revealed who I was becoming. Week after week, we sharpened each other, and somewhere between tears and truth, I realized I wasn’t just being healed. I was being called.

God birthed Real Pretty Faith out of that transformation. It’s not a brand; it’s a mirror where I help women find freedom in their reflection, in each other, in community, and in Christ through self-care workshops, prayer picnics, and conferences.

One truth guides everything I do: God doesn’t waste pain. He redeems it.

Today, I’m not the woman who runs when it hurts. I help women see themselves clearly, not as their mistakes or their past, but as reflections of a God who never stopped seeing them as beautiful, worthy, and chosen.

Because  when  we  finally  see  ourselves  the  way  He  does,  that’s  when  real transformation begins.
